Returns:

If you are not fully satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange it, you have 30 days to do so.

1. Mail your items back with the return form included with your package.

2. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or your exchange made.

3. If you no longer have the return form, please email us for further details.

4. All sale items are not returnable.

Site traffic information stays with us and is never matched to individual users. Ribbons and Wraps will never sell or divulge user data to a third party for any reason. We intend to keep it that way.

Placing an Order:

We have made our shopping experience very easy for you to place an order. Simply type in the quantity you desire and click on the "Add to My Cart" button to the right of each item. This will post your item on a shopping list. If you make a mistake, simply delete it while checking out.

Then fill out your preferred shipping and billing information. Once this is completed, your order will be sent to us and we will send your order confirmation by e-mail.

Shipping Information:

We ship only within the United States at this time. We do not ship to US territories; orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes are shipped via Standard Delivery Mail.
